Registrations will not be taken over the phone. Payment must be made at the time of registration. The conference registration fee includes attendance at all sessions, continental breakfast(s), luncheons on both days, refreshment breaks, conference materials, and administrative costs.

Foreign Payment
Registration fees must be paid by credit card or by checks drawn on U.S. banks in U.S. ($) dollars. AFEI does not accept purchase orders from foreign governments and will not invoice them for payment.

Identification Badges
Each attendee will be provided with an identification badge during on-site registration. This badge must be worn while attending all conference functions. ALL ATTENDEES MUST PRESENT A VALID Government (U.S. or Foreign) PICTURE I.D. (Driver's License, Passport), when picking up their badge, or registering on-site. Conference badges are to be worn at all times during event. No badge = no access to ANY event venues.

Attire (Uniform/Dress Code)
The appropriate dress for this conference is business casual.

• Active Duty Military: Working Uniform (Class A) / (Modified Class B) or service equivalent

Cancellations, Substitutions and Request for Refunds
All cancellations, substitutions, and requests for refunds must be made in writing.

Substitutions are welcome! If requesting a substitution, payment already received will be transferred to the new attendee.

Registrants who are unable to attend the event must fax or email their cancellation or refund request to the attention of: Nicole Peterson at (703)247-9474 or npeterson@ndia.org; on or before September 1, 2005. Please indicate if payment (if already received by AFEI) is to be transferred to the new attendee, or refunded.

No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after 5:00 PM EDT, September 1, 2005.

A $75 administrative fee will be applied to ALL cancellations received before September 1, 2005. Refunds will not be issued for no-shows.
